Please use the hand sanitizers on the walls at the Centre frequently.  Please stay home if you have the beginnings of any flu symptoms.   Everyone is now eligible for the H1N1 flu vaccine.  Call 811 (Info-Santé) if you have any questions about your condition. Buddy up with friends and neighbours to check on each other.  And it never hurts to have some canned soups, frozen juice and a bit of cash on hand at home in case of illness.
